Simon is passionate about engaging with leaders across all sectors in developing and achieving their goals. With a background in management, training, instructional design and performance, Simon brings experience and adaptability in designing coaching and training programs to suit client needs.
Whether it is enabling frontline managers to develop effective people skills or coaching senior leaders as they manage the challenges of long term strategies, Simon is committed to working with people and teams to create positive, authentic and embedded change.
He is certified as an Executive Coach, a Workplace Trainer and Assessor, a DISC diagnostic facilitator and holds a Bachelor of Performing Arts (NIDA). His broad suite of skills enables him to create diverse styles of training programs, ranging from challenging & robust, interactive & experiential, to the reflective & facilitative.
As a coach he is often described as authentic, insightful, motivating and effective, and has helped executives meet their goals, develop effective and impacting presentation skills, manage their teams, and address stress.
