Ray has enjoyed a 20 year career in the RAAF, as an International Aircraft Captain and as a Flying Instructor. He spent almost a decade training Air Force pilots to fly and is an expert in flight safety systems.
Ray is an aerobatic display pilot and also delivers Crew Resource Management (Human Performance Training) courses which maximises flight crew team performance. He has a wealth of experience as a lecturer, instructor and coach.
Ray was approached and has acted as the National MC for the Australian Red Bull Air Race over the past three years.
Ray has dedicated his life to gaining insight into human behaviour to get the best out of himself and others. Success in this pursuit has given him the clarity to create an extremely desirable work, life, wealth balance.
Ray has completed the RAAF Media Course and worked with players from both West Coast and Fremantle on Public Speaking and Media Skills.
